Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison with payroll vendors for operational queries and service delivery.
• Coordinate governance meetings and resolve issues efficiently.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries/entities.
• Validate payroll outputs, including calculations and statutory deductions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal audit requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams for payroll accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll software/tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
