 PURPOSE:

Managing the maintenance activities and investment projects to guarantee optimised costs, improved level of service and control  in compliance with the Group's procedures and standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the maintenance management team in the organization of daily activities and the medium-long term projects;

Maintaining maintenance records, generate reports, and manage maintenance management systems 

Compiling the technical specifications of the equipment/services and identifies suppliers of maintenance services, equipments and products; 

Managing the orders, goods receipts and inventory in the company systems;

Assisting with maintenance budgets, monitor inventory of parts, and ensure proper tool availability.

Preparing technical notes, memoranda and dimensioning/verification calculations for different parts of the projects;

Ensuring compliance with the safety, environment and product’s safety provisions;

Effectively organizing and supervising the execution of maintenance projects and operations performed by the  suppliers;   

THE PROFILE:

·         Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent job experience;

·         Experience in a similar position, in an industrial environment

·         Ability to manage projects and communicate cross-functionally.

·         Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.

·         Safety and quality: Deep understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

·         Financial acumen: Ability to contribute to budget management and cost analysis. 

·         English language - medium level;

·         Organized and detail oriented person;

·         Good communication skills and able to work in a team;
