Legal Advisor

Scallier is an international retail property developer and manager who operates a chain of retail parks across Romania. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to internal departments;
• Draft, review, and approve contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;
• Ensure legal compliance of internal procedures and company policies;
• Represent the organization in interactions with public authorities and state institutions;
• Monitor relevant legislative changes and prepare recommendations;
• Manage litigation matters and collaborate with external law firms when needed;
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law;
• Certification as a legal advisor/legal counsel (if applicable);
• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage;
• Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, administrative law and relevant regulations;
• Excellent communication, analytical, and drafting skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively;
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and professional integrity.
