The GET program is developed to give fresh graduates the opportunity to rapidly develop in AkzoNobel, Integrated Supply Chain Department, while having an international experience.

You will develop practical job experience in our big production sites, hubs, with interesting projects. We will give you the possibility to join a multinational Company, make you grow as a supply chain leader. The program will be: 24 months (we will hire with labor contract); First phase (12 months) with projects in our Romanian site, Popesti-Leordeni-near Bucharest, followed by a second phase of additional 12 months with an international assignment (EMEA), fix location.

Objective of the program:

– A structured GET program to fill the gap of talents.

– To have a future-ready bench of high potential trainees ready to take on leadership roles.

- To offer, after the end of this program, jobs -management level-, inside the company.

Program overall:

– Intensive entry-level program spanning with different function-specific projects.

– Combines on-job training, job assignments, projects, coaching and classroom induction/training to gain relevant skills;

12 months on Romanian Site (from Popesti Leordeni) assignment and after that 12 months on an European Site to expose the talent to AkzoNobel’s global culture and prepare them for future role throughout the world.

- to be Fresh Graduates of Technical Faculties or Technical Master Programms;

-International mobility.

-Willing to learn & get experiences within different functions/areas.

-Knowledge & Sensitivity towards International cultures (multinational profiles).

-Open minded.

-Soft skills, agility, stakeholder management, and resilience;

-Proficiency in English.
