We are looking for a Junior Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will support the procurement process by creating and managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will also handle procurement documentation to keep records accurate and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing purchase orders for goods and services;
• Reviewing and approving purchase orders according to the company's policies and procedures;
• Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms and conditions;
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries;
• Archiving, scanning, organizing, and managing procurement-related documents (purchase orders, contracts, invoices, delivery notes), ensuring accuracy, traceability, and confidentiality.
• Developing and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of products and services;
• Analyzing market trends to identify new suppliers and products and recommend product substitutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from The Academy of Economic Studies ( Economics, Finance, Accounting);
• 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role preferred;
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the procurement field; the role includes  training and mentorship with a Senior Buyer;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP Skills are a plus;
• Good level of English.
