Export Manager



RESPONSABILITATI:



-          Implementeaza si monitorizeaza planul de export in scopul asigurarii prezentei pe piata externa a produselor companiei;


-          Responsabil cu mentinerea pietei externe existente prin efectuarea de previziuni si corelari cu produsele si preturile concurentei si identificarea de noi canale de distributie;


-          Propune si dezvolta actiuni de marketing international in scopul obtinerii unei imagini pe piata externa;


-          Monitorizeaza derularea contractelor incheiate;


-          Organizeaza transportul aferent exportului, monitorizeaza livrarea in conditii optime si respectarea termenelor de incasare postlivrare in scopul asigurarii respectarii angajamentelor asumate prin semnarea contractelor cu clientii externi;


-          Participa cu produse ale companiei la targuri si concursuri internationale specializate;


-          Colaboreaza cu toate departamentele companiei pentru a identifica cai eficiente de realizare a operatiunilor de export, asigurand complianta cu cerintele legale si cu politicile si procedurile companiei;


-          Identifica, organizeaza, coordoneaza si dezvolta o retea de distributie
la nivel international; tine legatura cu partenerii de afaceri,propune masuri de optimizare;


-          Propune procesul de abordare si monitorizare a activitatii distribuitorilor si Key Accounts (KA) pe aceste piete;


-          Monitorizeaza implementarea politicii de vanzare si promovare a produselor companiei catre clientii directi,distribuitori si KA;


-          Dezvolta, mentine relatii si reprezinta compania in fata tertelor parti, parteneri de afaceri, distribuitori, clienti directi, in vederea promovarii imaginii companiei si pentru a dezvolta/mentine relatii de business prolifice;


-          Initiaza proiecte ce au in vedere dezvoltarea de noi produse care sa raspunda nevoilor pietelor si clientilor externi deserviti precum si monitorizarea punerii in practica a acestor concepte;


-          Elaboreaza planul pe termen mediu si lung privind activitatea de Export si il transpune in estimari de volume care sa permita optimizarea costurilor operationale;


-          Raspunde de controlul si optimizarea proceselor specifice departamentului pe care il coordoneaza;


-          Propune bugetul departamentului si monitorizeaza incadrarea in bugetul aprobat.



CERINTE:


-          Studii superioare ;


-          Cunostinte limba engleza– fluent;


-          Limba Franceza si/sau Germana reprezinta un avantaj;


-          Cunostinte de calculator – MS Office


-          Experienta in vanzari – FMCG, in companii multinationale;


-          Experienta manageriala in vanzari;


-          Abilitati de negociere;


-          Gandire analitica si strategica;


-          Capacitatea de a-si asuma decizii dificile;


-          Orientare catre client;


-          Abilitati de conducere;
