HELLA is a listed, internationally positioned automotive supplier and a company of the Group FORVIA. Within this factual group, HELLA stands for high-performance lighting technology and automotive electronics. At the same time, the company covers a broad service and product portfolio for the spare parts and workshop business as well as for manufacturers of special vehicles with its Business Group Lifecycle Solutions. In Romania, HELLA is active since 2oo5, currently employing 45oo people. It has an administrative center in Timisoara, three production sites, in Timisoara, Arad and Lugoj, and also three design and development centers, in Timisoara and Craiova. The first two production units manufacture electronic systems, and the Lugoj plant produces optic and lighting systems. On the long term, the company develops technology and products according to the automotive trends: electrification, connectivity and autonomous driving.
