Join GalDan Apartments, a leading real estate investment and property management company in central Bucharest, as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management, providing strategic, legal, and operational support.

• Assist the CEO in daily management and strategic projects.
• Manage investor relations, including communication and documentation.
• Provide legal support for contracts, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Coordinate asset management activities.
• Oversee property acquisitions and sales processes.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and external parties.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and investors.

We are looking for candidates with a legal background, strong analytical and communication skills, and a good command of English. Experience in investor relations or asset management is a plus, but not mandatory.
