Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an Cloud Architect with infrastructure KnowHow, mainly remote working.

Key responsibilities:

As the Infrastructure/Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for planning and designing application architectures in a cloud-based or hybrid environment. You will also participate in the overall process of rolling out and operating applications.

Requirements:

Responsibilities include ensuring the operability of infrastructure and cloud architecture, reviewing and continuously improving the existing cloud and infrastructure strategy, analyzing and resolving performance and infrastructure issues in cloud and on-prem environments, implementing the selection process for infrastructure components and cloud services, establishing and optimizing infrastructure guidelines, and proactively analyzing and assessing infrastructure while recommending and implementing improvement measures.

You are familiar with highly scaled solutions on premise and in the public cloud, with experience in migrating workloads to the cloud or hybrid approaches. They should also be knowledgeable in API gateway, cloud security (WAF, DDos, etc.), Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, ELK stack, Prometheus, OpenID Connect, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and microservices.

Willingness to travel 10 -20% per year

Excellent communication skills, a high level of self-motivation, and proficiency in German and English are also required.
