Join our dynamic agency as a Business Developer and help us expand our client portfolio in B2B sales. We offer a range of agency services including video production, social media, graphic design, photography, and BTL projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct B2B prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to qualify leads.
  • Set up meetings and present solutions through discovery calls.
  • Collaborate with the team to build commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Follow up and update the pipeline in CRM or Google Sheets.

Target Clients:

  • Companies needing constant content (social, video, design).
  • Brands running campaigns (BTL, video, key visuals).
  • Corporate/employer branding (video, photo, communication).

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in marketing/media/agency services.
  • Strong prospecting and organizational skills (pipeline, follow-up).
  • Excellent communication and results-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable with targets and commission-based earnings.
  • Bonus: Experience selling monthly retainers/subscriptions.
