Join EZVIZ, a leading global smart home brand, as we expand our presence across Europe. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Electrician, Lock Smith, House Gate, or Hardware Channel.

• Develop and nurture business relationships through regular customer visits, providing product training and understanding customer needs.
• Enhance product visibility and user experience by visiting offline stores and gathering insights.
• Conduct market reviews to assess customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and competition.
• Analyze industry trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement effective sales plans.

We are looking for someone with:

• Significant commercial training and a Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English for business communication.
• A valid driving license for customer visits.
• Experience in the electrician, lock, or hardware industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
• A passion for sales and negotiation success.
• Energy and enthusiasm for new challenges.
• Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PPT, and related tools.
