Key Responsibilities:

• Create and nurture a respectful and inclusive team environment, celebrating diversity to ensure a supportive and enjoyable experience for all team members.
• Establish a clear vision for the store, aligning team members with key metrics and initiatives.
• Manage hiring strategies to build a strong, diverse team with varied experiences and skillsets.
• Support ongoing learning and development through feedback, coaching, and performance management.
• Address employee concerns, partnering with internal support when necessary.
• Enhance community and client experiences by maintaining a dynamic presence on the floor and ensuring optimal guest interactions.
• Increase brand awareness by cultivating relationships with local ambassadors and community influencers.
• Plan and execute community projects and initiatives.
• Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, product strategy, and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and legal regulations.

Requirements and Skills:

• Fluent in Romanian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum of ten years in retail or a service-oriented industry, with at least five years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Goal-oriented, innovative, and results-driven.
• Agile decision-maker with integrity and trustworthiness.
• Valid Schengen working VISA or work permit for Romania.
