Important:

You will work only from office (Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:30).

Location: Aurel Vlaicu, Promenada Mall Area (Barbu Vacarescu Blvd).

Major Responsibilities: 

1. Handle the routine spare parts requirements of customers and maintenance engineers, and track spare parts order fulfillment and transportation from end to end, ensuring timely delivery of spare parts.
2. Count and handle spare parts assets, and implement compliance management such as KCPs, CT, and SACA, as well as cyber security and privacy protection policies, ensuring compliant delivery of spare parts.
4. Track replenishment orders according to the safety stock instruction in the spare parts plan to ensure timely goods arrival, and make sure that the warehouse puts the physical goods in storage and records their data in the system in a timely manner.
5. Create a return/repair application in the system based on the planned return/repair instruction, track the physical goods packaging and shipment of the LSP, and promptly perform the outbound operation in the system. For repair services, track the return of physical goods to the warehouse, and close orders in the system.

On time service (OTS), overdue SR fix responsiveness (OFR), overdue spare parts registration rate, and CIAG rate

Knowledge: Be familiar with the processes of spare parts order fulfillment, and warehousing and logistics, have a general understanding of the basics of digital power products, and have a good command of the basic knowledge of international logistics.

Experience: One year of experience in spare parts order fulfillment and warehousing and logistics or at least one year of experience in communications equipment maintenance
