• Install, service, and repair coin-operated slot machines and currency handling equipment.
• Maintain and repair signage and computerized gym equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with guests and resolving issues effectively.
• Communicate tactfully with guests and colleagues to address and resolve problems.

Requirements:

• Formal training in electrical, mechanical, or electronic equipment repair and troubleshooting.
• Experience as a slot technician in live casinos is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and mechanical drawings.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to listen actively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and accurately count currency.
• Basic math skills for computing slot machine percentages.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
