Join our team as a Senior Test Engineer and lead the charge in transforming our testing strategy across a diverse range of projects. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our testing methodology, selecting the right tools, and driving the adoption of modern, automated testing pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for test management, developing our testing methodology, and managing all test artifacts.
• Lead the implementation of modern test automation approaches, identifying opportunities to automate workflows using tools like Leapwork, Cypress, Selenium, or UiPath.
• Select, implement, and optimize the testing tool stack for efficiency and coverage.
• Execute functional, integration, and API tests to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Support project teams on best practices and effective use of testing tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders to align testing strategies with business goals.

Who You Are:

• Comprehensive knowledge across the testing spectrum, including functional, exploratory, regression, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with common testing tools and automation frameworks.
• Understanding of system architecture, APIs, and complex data flows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and cloud environments.
• Structured work approach with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Leapwork, Power Automate, or UiPath Testing Suite is a plus.
• Performance and load testing experience is a plus.
• ISTQB Certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English, German skills are a plus.
