Why This Role Matters

As a Retail Business Software Analyst with German, you ensure Goodyear’s Retail Service systems run smoothly. By supporting agents, translating business needs, and improving processes, you enhance system performance, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Serve as second contact for Retail Service Agents’ system issues.
Analyze business system requirements and propose solutions.
Implement small system enhancements and bug fixes.
Support major system releases, including planning and testing.
Maintain and optimize retail business processes with IT collaboration.
Document processes, configurations, and system behavior.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Business Systems, or a related field).
Experience in business systems analysis, configuration, or process improvement.
Solid understanding of system implementation, testing, and documentation practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
