We are looking over an QMS Engineer to join our quality team !
The role of the QMS responsible will be to maintain and development of the QMS with focus on documentation control, process follow-up, support of quality assurance procedures, and coordination of technical data related to audits, KPIs, and supplier readiness. This role is ideal for candidates with a structured mindset, strong coordination skills, and a background in engineering.
Responsibilities :
- Implementing Quality Management Systems: Ensure that the QMS is effectively implemented across all departments and processes. Lead initiatives to evaluate and improve existing quality systems and processes
- Conducting Training and Awareness Programs: Educate employees about quality standards, procedures, and their roles in maintaining quality
- Performing Audits and Inspections: Regularly conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QMS. Lead all of the external audits, related QMS and new customers
- Managing Non-Conformances: Identify, document, and take corrective actions for any non-conforming products or processes. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning for non-conformances and quality incidents
- Facilitating Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure the organization’s compliance. Ensure that risks and opportunities are identified and addressed related QMS
- Communicating: Provide training and support to staff on quality processes and best practices
- Reporting on Quality Performance: Prepare and present regular reports to management regarding process performance, non-conformance issues, and resolution progress
- Deploying Quality Policies and Objectives: Communicate quality policies received from Organization and set measurable quality objectives that align with the organization’s goals
- Data Analysis: Analyse supplier quality data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
