Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you will lead the delivery of innovative e-commerce platforms for both B2B and B2C markets. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality, while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.

• Project Management: Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage risks, and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Requirements & Documentation: Collaborate with clients and teams to gather requirements, create detailed analyses, and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Resource & Task Management: Efficiently allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure project objectives are met. Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Lead QA and UAT processes to ensure deliverables meet specifications. Manage issue resolution effectively.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring positive project outcomes.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and exploring new business opportunities.
• Implementation & Support: Coordinate implementation activities and oversee the Go-Live process, ensuring a smooth transition to operational support.
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Support organizational initiatives and mentor junior team members to enhance project management capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Over 4 years of experience in IT/E-commerce Project Management, with experience managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a strong technical background.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, with strong documentation and presentation abilities.
