• Manage all operations within Romania, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support project teams in understanding and implementing contract terms.
• Monitor contractor and supplier performance against commitments.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of activities within the scope and territory.
• Facilitate project development and ongoing reporting, confirming plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Manage contractors, claims, and field-related topics.
• Act as the main point of contact with authorities, lenders, and advisors.
• Ensure goals and objectives are achieved effectively.
• Support resolution of contractual disputes and claims in coordination with legal advisors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate communication with clients, partners, subcontractors, and authorities.
