Manages the activities of the allocated production sector to meet customers and company requirements.
Provides direction, motivation and development to subordinated personnel, in the production area.
Monitor performance and tracks key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, and costs, analysing production reports, identifying areas that require improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce losses.
Develops, plans and maintains the budget for assigned production area.
Ensures alignment of production plans with plant objectives.
Monitors that quality assurance processes are followed, providing the requested quality results in the final products.
Drives innovation and development, including identifying and implementing new technologies that can improve production processes, collaborating with research and development teams for new products, and participating in strategic meetings for company development.
Requirements:
University degree, technical profile (Textile Engineering - is an advantage)
Relevant managerial experience in a production environment
Very good command of English – mandatory (French is an advantage)
Leadership skills
Excellent communication, planning and organizing skills
