Join our dynamic team at Sonaca Romania, a leading aerospace manufacturer, as a Production Planner. We are expanding our operations and looking for a talented individual to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Your Mission:

• Develop and manage the Daily Production Plan to meet customer demands and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Assess manpower, equipment, and material needs to fulfill production plans effectively.
• Collaborate with Logistic Purchasers to secure necessary raw materials.
• Align production schedules with customer delivery timelines.
• Prioritize customer orders based on production capacity.
• Monitor stock value, rotation, and logistics costs to meet objectives.
• Facilitate the launch of new products and oversee the manufacturing cycle.
• Identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Generate required analyses and reports.
• Escalate critical issues impacting the Production Plan.
• Ensure accurate order allocation to production equipment.

Your Profile:

• Engineering diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with SAP and excellent command of Excel/Office suite.
• Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
