Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and formulate legal positions in complex international trade cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, including claims, opinions, memoranda, and contracts.
• Conduct legal research on international trade issues, focusing on English law and GAFTA/FOSFA rules.
• Represent parties in out-of-court dispute resolution.
• Negotiate effectively with clients and counterparties.

What We’re Looking For:

• Legal education in Romania, preferably with a bachelor's or master's degree in law.
• In-depth knowledge of GAFTA/FOSFA contracts.
• Experience with complex commercial contracts in international trade.
• Familiarity with English contract law is preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English at C1 level.
• Confidence in public speaking and client negotiations.
