Join Quento, the ICT arm of the Qualco Group, where we drive digital transformation with innovative solutions in AI, Digital Engineering, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. We are seeking a passionate software developer to join our Romania team and evolve into a ServiceNow developer/technical consultant. No prior ServiceNow experience is needed as we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn ServiceNow development fundamentals through a structured onboarding plan, covering platform basics, configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement user stories and enhancements under guidance, including forms, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
• Assist in building and maintaining project configurations and environments, including development, test, and release stages.
• Contribute to integrations with external systems as your skills develop.
• Produce delivery documentation and participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Utilize Empedus' AI Infused Project Delivery assets to enhance speed, quality, and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript (highly preferred), TypeScript, or another modern language.
• Understanding of web concepts, APIs, and data modeling.
• A "builder mindset" with curiosity, clean implementation, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with international teams and clients in English.
