Join our dynamic team as a JuniorOrder Administrator and take on a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer order processing within our innovative environment. Here's a breakdown of your main responsibilities:

  • Order Processing Excellence: Receive, review, and input customer orders into our advanced business systems (SAP, MS Dynamics) with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of customer information.
  • Effective Communication: Act as the key liaison with customers and colleagues, promptly acknowledging delivery/installation dates, registering updates, and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Record Management: Commit to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer data within company systems to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to customer escalations, conducting thorough verifications, and finding appropriate solutions. Escalate issues to higher support levels if necessary.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma required, university degree desired. At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, sales, logistics, or supply chain. Bonus points for an additional year of experience in electromobility.
  • Skills and Traits: Strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, customer-focused mindset, reliability, and flexibility.
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated interest in technical subjects and a proactive drive to find solutions. At least an average level of proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with SAP is a definite advantage.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work efficiently in a team, including virtual or remote teams.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of German and English languages is a must.
