YOUR TASKS

Vorbereiten und Umsetzen von Einstellungen, Personalmaßnahmen, Versetzungen, Arbeitszeitänderungen, Austritten und Entgeltveränderungen nach festgelegten Kriterien und unter Beachtung der relevanten Vorschriften;
Pflegen von Personalstammdaten im SAP-System sowie das Verwalten der Personalakten;
Erstellen von Zwischenzeugnissen und Zeugnissen auf Anfrage der Mitarbeiter, basierend auf vorgegebenen Textbausteinen und in Absprache mit der Fachabteilung;
Unterstützen bei der Bearbeitung von Ex- und Impatriates;
Mitwirken bei der Koordination des Einsatzes von Leiharbeitnehmern;
Durchführen und Nachverfolgen der Korrespondenz mit dem Betriebsrat;
Erstellen von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Präsentationen zu Personaldaten.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in German (B2, C1, C2) und English (B1, B2);
Kenntnisse in SAP-HR wären von Vorteil;
Erfahrung in der Personalabteilung ist von Vorteil;
Hohe Genauigkeit und ausgeprägte Aufmerksamkeit für Details;
Proaktive Einstellung und die Bereitschaft, stets die besten Lösungen zu finden.
