YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate full recruitment process for Forvia Hella Special Application division.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment profile and requirements.
• Organize and conduct interviews and evaluate candidates that best match the desired profiles.
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Act as contact person for employees to support them in different HR topics.
• Keep evidence on recruitment data, build reports on major indicators influencing recruitment process and related HR KPIs.
• Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or closely related field.
• Experience in recruiting areas (blue collars recruitment would be an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Involvement and motivation to achieve results.
• Good organizing and decision-making skills.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• English – advanced level.
