What you will be doing

• Prepare and maintain employee files, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Update HR systems (Revisal) and support the preparation of global HR reports
• Assist with preparing and updating HR documents, including employment contracts
• Support payroll activities by tracking employee holidays and sick leave
• Create, organize, and distribute HR documents and presentations
• Help compile reports and maintain spreadsheets for HR operations
• Collect employment and tax-related information
• Support compensation and benefits documentation
• Help prepare and deliver onboarding and offboarding presentations, ensuring a positive employee experience
• Assist with exit interviews and related documentation
• Act as a friendly point of contact for new employees with administrative questions

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration
• Hands-on experience with HR processes such as employee lifecycle administration, documentation, and data management
• Strong communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with employee data and systems
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise in HR processes, systems, and tools
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR colleagues and stakeholders
• Customer-focused mindset, supporting employees and managers with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
