Join Revo Technologies, a leading fintech company in Romania, operating under the Mokka brand. We specialize in the rapidly growing BuyNowPayLater sector, offering a seamless, omni-channel customer experience for top offline and online merchants.

As the Head of Sales, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing sales strategies in the Romanian market. Your mission is to build strategic partnerships with key merchants and promote the adoption of Mokka's services.

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with major accounts in retail and payments sectors, leveraging your network of senior executives for high-level negotiations.
  • Introduce key partners, negotiate terms, and expand cooperation with existing partners through strong communication and relationship-building.
  • Oversee the sales team in Romania, providing mentorship and strategic direction to align with organizational goals.
  • Deliver results with new and existing partners in line with the company’s budget.
  • Stay informed about customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop sales forecasts and performance metrics to monitor progress and optimize sales effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of commercial experience in retail, IT, e-commerce, or payments sectors in Romania.
  • Strong network of senior executives and decision-makers in retail areas.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results in a dynamic environment and exceed revenue targets.
  • Fluent in English.
