YOUR TASKS

Identify, provide, evaluate and analyze human resource management figures (human resources data);
Develop approaches to improve the collection, analysis, modeling, presentation and management of human resources related data;
Carry out process analyses and documentation in the Human Resources business division, where necessary also participate in international process considerations in cooperation with the relevant business divisions;
Support the HPCs and the process instructions, plus analyze the implementation of guideline skills;
Collect requirements for national and international projects of medium complexity.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Economics or technical degree;
Very good Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel advanced);
Business administration;
SAP knowledge;
English knowledge advanced.
