Join our dynamic team as a Finance Specialist and play a crucial role in driving business success on board our cruise ships. You will be part of a specialized team responsible for efficient transaction processing and providing expert financial insights.

• Oversee automated revenue accounting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage the activation and closure of revenue voyages in relevant systems.
• Ensure sales data from the Point of Sales system aligns with the Sail & Sign payment system, addressing discrepancies daily.
• Monitor and manage guest and crew payment accounts, ensuring payment methods are always available.
• Handle the ordering and receiving of goods on board, reporting any variances to management.
• Provide financial reports related to costs and revenues to operating departments and shore side management.
• Analyze item activity and pricing fluctuations, submitting findings to management and Corporate Procurement.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience in a finance-related position.
• Shipboard experience is a plus.
