Join our dynamic team as an External Sales Advisor and play a pivotal role in driving our sales success in Southern Romania. You will be at the forefront of achieving our sales targets by planning strategic visits and calls to both existing and potential customers. Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to maximize business growth and profitability.

• Maintain and develop strong commercial relationships with existing customers to boost profitable growth.
• Actively promote and sell our products to meet sales targets.
• Identify and engage with new customers to expand our portfolio.
• Spot and communicate opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Efficiently plan customer visits to optimize time and manage the customer database effectively.
• Create detailed reports to ensure excellent follow-up on customer interactions.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to enhance customer service.

Your Profile:

• At least 3 years of sales experience in machine spare parts for agricultural, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Reside in or near Southern Romania.
• Strong customer orientation and initiative.
• Team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Romanian and proficient in English.
