We are seeking an organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented individual to support one of our doctors in managing daily activities and patient relations, both pre-operative and post-operative. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of medical activities, directly impacting patient experience and the doctor's daily efficiency.

• Organizational & Administrative Support:
  • Handle and manage phone calls from patients, collaborators, and clinics.
  • Schedule consultations, interventions, and post-operative check-ups.
  • Manage the doctor's daily agenda and optimize the schedule.
  • Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Organize medical and administrative documents (patient files, forms, consents).
• Patient Relations:
  • Provide clear and calm information to patients before and after interventions.
  • Guide patients through the pre-operative process (tests, preparation, instructions).
  • Conduct post-operative follow-ups: calls, messages, and patient status checks.
  • Answer common post-intervention questions (as per doctor's instructions).
  • Ensure a premium, humane, and professional experience for every patient.
• Communication & Coordination:
  • Maintain constant communication with the medical team and clinic reception.
  • Efficiently relay information between the doctor and patients.
  • Promptly signal urgent or sensitive situations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Empathy, calmness, and patience in patient relations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in medical/customer care/executive assistance is an advantage.
• Good PC skills (email, calendar, Excel/Word documents).
• Discretion and respect for medical data confidentiality.
• Driver's license category B (optional).
