Ralcom Exhibitions is looking for organized and motivated professionals to join our team and support the planning and delivery of high-level medical and scientific events.

This role is ideal for professionals who want to build a long-term career in event management, starting from a solid operational role within a structured and supportive professional environment, working closely with leading medical professionals and academic institutions.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Managing participant registrations and related documentation
• Preparing and sending invitations, contracts, and logistical information
• Coordinating abstract submissions and copyright agreements
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to speakers and participants
• Offering on-site support during events
• Ensuring accurate data entry and post-event reporting
• Updating event websites and communication materials
• Providing logistical support before, during, and after events

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in Tourism, Events / Hospitality, Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva, and e-mail platforms
• Familiarity with event management systems such as EventsAir, SignNow, DocuSign (an advantage)
• Previous experience in customer service, event logistics, or administrative roles (1-2 years preferred)
• A professional demeanor suitable for interacting with senior medical professionals and key stakeholders
