We expect you to:

• Review and enter financial-accounting documents into the accounting software;
• Monthly verification of the VAT journals;
• Prepare various reports requested by the management;
• Prepare various reports/declarations for BNR, NS and maintain the relation with these institutions;
• Manage communication with clients and suppliers to reconcile accounts receivable and payable;
• Collaborate on month-end closing procedures and the preparation of the monthly trial balance;
• Collaborate on inventory procedures;
• Participate in the financial audit;
• Collaborate on the preparation of annual financial statements;
• Study and implement, together with the Financial Manager, all applicable legislative changes.

For this you need:

• Economics degree;
• Experience in a similar position - minimum 3 years, ideally in Automotive field;
• Conversational communication in English;
• Evaluation and decision-making capacity; work independently and be flexible;
• Communicate efficiently and transmit relevant information;
• Seriousness, dynamism, meticulousness, adaptability, analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Organized, receptive, motivated and wants to evolve professionally;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package or Google Workspace apps - Google Drive;
