This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 2 years.

We are looking for a Demand Planning Coordinator Central Europe (Romania,
Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary) to join our Supply Chain team. The role will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the demand planning specialists and ensuring optimal stock levels to support business needs and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities of the demand planning specialists.
• Decide on orders to all suppliers based on system requirements and specific requests from stores, trade department, suppliers, upcoming activities, and promotions.
• Coordinate replenishment system updates.
• Align stock items/quantities as needed.
• Prepare delivery rate reports (quarterly and biannually).
• Communicate with internal suppliers to negotiate terms (e.g., tester needs, availability, out-of-stock issues) and decide on appropriate actions.
• Follow up on OSA for top 250 products from an NRPS perspective and ensure availability from suppliers.
• Coordinate tester needs for selective suppliers.
• Prepare various logistics reports related to stock KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel – intermediate/advanced level.
• Good command of English (intermediate level).
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, Oracle, or similar).
