Scento, a premium fragrance online retailer, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to enhance our customer experience. As the voice of Scento, you will assist customers with subscription inquiries, order issues, and their fragrance discovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
• Assist with subscription management, including pausing, skipping, modifying, or canceling subscriptions.
• Resolve order issues such as shipping delays, delivery problems, and returns.
• Develop and improve customer support processes and our knowledge base.
• Provide basic fragrance guidance to help customers discover new scents.
• Contribute ideas for enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and enjoy helping people.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Quick learner, comfortable with new tools and processes.
• Based in Romania, with the option for remote work.
