Key Responsibilities:
Assist organisers in configuring and using our software products.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
Provide timely support via phone, email, and face-to-face during events.
Help with machine set-up onsite when required.
Maintain product knowledge and suggest improvements.
Ensure excellent customer experiences by anticipating needs and responding promptly.
Requirements:
University degree (technical background preferred).
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
2+ years of technical support experience.
Experience with call logging software and web-based applications.
Basic PC hardware set-up and configuration knowledge.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Proactive, quick learner, and strong team player.
Willingness to travel and work flexibly in a 24/7 support environment.
