Join a prestigious European design and web development agency as a German-speaking Creative Operations Manager. Collaborate with an international team to deliver exceptional creative solutions. This role blends strategic and operational responsibilities, supporting the Founder and ensuring smooth operations.

• Act as the Founder’s right hand, managing schedules and priorities.
• Lead internal check-ins, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support communication between German- and English-speaking staff.
• Onboard new team members and maintain clarity on roles and expectations.
• Oversee daily workflows across design, development, and marketing.
• Improve internal processes and documentation.
• Coordinate client onboarding and proposal processes.
• Support the agency’s marketing funnel and assist with social media updates.
• Prepare meeting notes and marketing collateral.
• Review design deliverables and provide creative feedback.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a creative agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, and Google Workspace.
• Proactive communicator with a deep appreciation for design aesthetics.
