Join our dynamic team as a Body and Paint Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing workshop efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying customer service and repair needs.
• Planning work schedules based on customer requests, workshop objectives, and parts availability.
• Promoting the sale of original parts and accessories, and informing customers about ongoing promotions.
• Opening and tracking work orders from initiation to billing and payment.
• Collaborating with the Spare Parts department to order parts and notifying customers upon arrival.
• Maintaining relationships with insurance companies to secure repair approvals and manage part replacements.
• Preparing repair estimates in both our system and insurer-approved systems.
• Informing customers about necessary documentation for repair validation by insurers.
• Updating the customer database to ensure accuracy and assist future outreach.
• Keeping customers informed about work progress and ensuring their satisfaction upon completion.
• Following up with customers post-service to assess satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Higher education (automotive studies are an advantage).
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of Audatex.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Integrity and honesty.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer skills (MS Office).
• Valid driving license (category B).
