The Service Dispatcher/Administrator interacts with customers over the phone or via email to identify service-related needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. Mainly schedule on site service visits done by Hach service Field team for preventive maintenance and reactive repairs or arrange bench service performed in Hach Service Center in Dusseldorf.

May also provide respond for other customer needs, including shipments, billing, warranty issues, basic product inquiries, documentation, and reaction on customer complaints.

This position will be responsible for Romania and occasionally for Bulgaria. It is a hybrid role, with one day working from home, and will be based in our Bucharest office.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Communication with customers via phone and email
• Identification of customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Creating schedules for Field service team to provide preventative and ad-hoc services to customers. Ensuring service execution with defined KPI’s, such as on-time delivery
• Supporting of Material Supply for Field Service team
• Activating contracts in our Service Software, to ensure optimized preventative maintenance visit plans
• Arranging shipments for customer devices where bench service is needed
• Enabling efficient service visits by filling required forms/permits for Field Service team

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Fluent Romanian language, English will be company language.
• Dispatching experience would be advantageous but not critical
• Understanding service work and customer interactions
• Proven communication skills
• Confident use of PC and software (Office package).
