Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team, specializing in the design of traffic and road infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for a comprehensive range of tasks, from analyzing traffic flow and designing complex elements like intersections and roundabouts, to ensuring all designs comply with stringent safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:

As a Civil Engineer focusing on Traffic and Roads, your duties will include:

• Analyze traffic flow and volumes to inform road and intersection design.
• Design signalized intersections, roundabouts, and interchanges to optimize traffic efficiency.
• Plan road signage, markings, and safety barriers to enhance road safety.
• Prepare cross-sections, profiles, and corridor models for road projects.
• Prepare construction drawings and specifications for road and traffic projects.
• Compile Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and cost estimates for projects.
• Write technical reports and design justifications to support project decisions.
• Ensure designs meet environmental and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to align designs with project specifications and timelines.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in traffic engineering and road design, including intersections, roundabouts, and signage.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D or REVIT).
• Familiarity with traffic analysis tools and methodologies
• Experience in preparing construction drawings, BoQ, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as the role involves frequent collaboration with international companies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, with experience in interdisciplinary coordination.
