• Train and support the team to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Lead the team from the front during peak times for operational efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and with a solution-oriented approach.
• Adhere to and enforce food safety, health, and safety procedures.
• Follow FIFO procedures and product shelf-life guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Monitor daily activities, stock levels, and waste.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving operational and financial goals.
