Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Medical Recovery Clinic, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinic's agenda
• Handling phone and email communications with patients
• Providing direct support at the reception
• Preparing offers and managing administrative documents
• Processing payments and maintaining financial records
• Ordering supplies and materials
• Providing administrative support to management
• Organizing therapists' schedules and coordinating daily clinic activities
• Maintaining effective communication between the team and management
• Participating in promotional campaigns and creating informative materials
• Supporting online and offline service promotion

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, who is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Basic PC knowledge (Word, Excel; Canva is a plus) is required.
