Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting records and process financial documents.
• Track incoming and outgoing payments and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Prepare financial reports and oversee invoicing.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Previous experience in primary accounting operations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in Romanian; additional languages are a plus.
