Join our team as a Cashier and be the welcoming face for all customers at our facility. This role involves handling cash, providing accurate change, and managing transactions efficiently.

• Greet each customer with courtesy and exceptional service.
• Collect parking fees and ensure correct change is given.
• Assist various types of parkers, including tenants, visitors, and employees.
• Provide information about the surroundings and building area.
• Complete daily reports accurately.
• Support entry/exit booth operations during peak hours.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and refer to supervisors when needed.
• Manage traffic flow during equipment failures or construction.
• Show urgency and a desire for continuous improvement.

We value dynamic, dependable individuals who thrive under pressure and can work independently. Strong customer service and cash handling experience are essential. Flexibility to work at multiple locations and handle challenging situations is required. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
