The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FI configuration, integration with other modules, and a strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Configure and customize SAP FI module components including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.</li><li>Design and document business processes, workflows, and financial reports.</li><li>Implement and support financial closing, reporting, and reconciliation processes.</li><li>Provide day-to-day production support and resolve incidents related to SAP FI processes.</li><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.</li><li>Conduct system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations (including S/4HANA conversions).</li><li>Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.</li><li>Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.</li><li>Create and maintain user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders, finance leaders, and IT teams to ensure SAP solutions align with corporate accounting and reporting standards.</li><li>Conduct workshops and training sessions</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>3–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI implementation or support.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of FI submodules: GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting.</li><li>Understanding of financial closing, taxation, foreign currency revaluation, and intercompany processes.</li><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP ECC.</li><li>Familiarity with integration points between FI and CO, MM, and SD.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.</li><li>Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local statutory requirements.</li></ul><h3>Additional information</h3>What we offer:<ul><li>The 13th salary –&#xa0;Paid once a year, in December;</li><li>Meal tickets -&#xa0;With a value of 40&#xa0;Ron;</li><li>Hybrid schedule&#xa0;– Work-life balance is important, so we offer a flexible schedule.
