We are seeking an experienced and driven Payments Manager (iGaming) to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all payment operations across our iGaming brands, ensuring high conversion, operational efficiency, cost optimalisation, compliance, and a seamless deposit & withdrawal player experience across multiple markets and brands.

As Payments Manager, you will play a key role in optimising and expanding our payment product, managing PSP relationships, optimizing cost and acceptance rates, and supporting expansion into new geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the payments strategy across all iGaming products and markets, with a focus on conversion, cost optimization, and expansion.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with payment service providers (PSPs), banks, crypto providers, and alternative payment methods.
  • Oversee the onboarding, configuration, and optimization of local and global payment methods (cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, crypto, etc.).
  • Work closely with Product, Support, Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams to integrate and maintain payment solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize payment flows, approval rates, declines, chargebacks, fraud, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, AML policies, and data security standards.
  • Analyze payment performance data and KPIs to identify issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead payment-related incident handling and ensure timely resolution of player payment issues.
  • Support market expansion by sourcing, onboarding and managing new payment methods and adapting to local regulations and player preferences.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and reconciliation across PSPs, wallets, and internal systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in payments within the iGaming or online gambling industry (required).
  • Strong understanding of iGaming payment ecosystems, including high-risk processing, KYC/AML, and chargeback management.
  • Hands-on experience working with multiple PSPs and payment orchestration platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex payment data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and reliability.
