Join Fluxsmart.ai as a dynamic and analytical Trading Specialist in our Technical and Trading Department. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of energy markets and a strong background in trading and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute transactions on Intraday and Day-Ahead energy markets.
• Prepare and submit trading offers on energy exchanges.
• Monitor energy market trends and performance forecasts.
• Ensure accuracy in trading documentation and notifications.
• Collaborate with the Technical Director on project organization and data verification.
• Maintain transaction records and performance reports.
• Provide technical advice for optimal trading strategies.
• Support back-office trading operations.
• Ensure compliance with trading regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in energy trading or market operations.
• Strong understanding of Romanian and European energy market structures.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and market monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Proficiency in Romanian; English is a plus.
