Cerinte:
- Calificare - instalator sanitar apa, canal.
- Experienta intr-un post similar: minim 2-3 ani.

Responsabilitati:

-Tehnician de mentenanta preventiva si corectiva intretinere cladiri si centre comerciale;
- Este raspunzator de exploatarea si intretinerea corecta a instalatiilor, utilajelor si echipamentelor din raza sa de activitate;
- Verificarea periodica a presiunilor si a functionarii corespunzatoare a instalatiilor, a circuitelor de apa potabila si menajera aferente obiectivului; a circuitelor de agent termic;
- Asigura verificarea si mentenanta periodica a echipamentelor in conformitate cu planul de mentenanta anuala.
