Join our dynamic team as a Swedish-speaking Travel Support Representative, where you'll play a key role in assisting travelers with their journey. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions for travel services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with empathy and professionalism.
  • Work towards individual and team KPIs.
  • Maintain and update customer information in internal systems.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of client products and services.
  • Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident using computers and multiple systems.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • High school diploma; customer service experience is a plus.
  • Availability to work fixed weekday shifts.
